Pour desired amount of pancake mixture onto griddle. I use 1/3 cup portions - this makes 4 pancakes. Brown pancakes on both sides, flipping once. Serve. This is verrrry cheesy - so you gotta be a cheese enthusiast to enjoy this : ) I serve this with a bit of sour cream - these "pancakes" really don't need much of anything with them. Ingredients grilled cheese croutons 1/4 cup unsalted butter softene 3/4 tsp thyme 6 slice of bread 3 oz cheddar cheese thinly sliced how to make grilled cheese croutons heat a large skillet over medium high heat. in a small bowl, combine the butter and thyme. spread one side of each bread slice with the butter mixture. place 3 slices in the skillet, butter side down. top with cheese, then the remaining 3 bread slices, butter side up. cook, turning once, untill toasted on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. remove sandwiches from the skillet. let them cool, then cut them into 1inch squares. makes about 56 croutons
