Overlap two pieces of aluminum foil crossways and place bread in the middle. Wrap bread tightly in foil. Place bread on cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes. Turn oven to 425. Open foil and contine to bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Divide the pastry into two by putting the first half into the pan. Pour-in over the mixture half of green apples. Pour then the other half of the mixture and cover again with the remaining apples. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is fine to touch and a shewer comes out clean when tested. Leave the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out into a rack to cool completely. Serve, share and enjoy!

Ingredients egg cheese pancakes 4 eggs 1/9 tsp onion powder 1/9 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a cheddar/mozzarella blend 1 tbsp margarine or butter how to make egg cheese pancakes In a medium mixing bowl - beat 4 eggs. Add in onion powder, salt and pepper. Add in flour and baking powder. Mix well - till all lumps are gone. Stir in cheese. Heat butter on griddle at med/high heat - I set my griddle at 350. Pour desired amount of pancake mixture onto griddle. I use 1/3 cup portions - this makes 4 pancakes. Brown pancakes on both sides, flipping once. Serve. This is verrrry cheesy - so you gotta be a cheese enthusiast to enjoy this : ) I serve this with a bit of sour cream - these "pancakes" really don't need much of anything with them.
