4 tbsp sunflower spread / butter divided

110 grams plain / gluten-free flour
50 grams sunflower spread / butter
30 grams sugar

Preheat oven to gas 6 / 180C / 350°F
For the filling toss the fruit, brown sugar, cornstarch, spices, salt and sunflower spread together in a large bowl, then put into a large greased oven dish
Combine the flour and butter with your fingers to make crumbs, add the sugar and sprinkle it thickly over the fruit
Bake for 45 mins until the crumble topping is golden and the fruit is soft. Serve with custard or ice cream while still warm
