strawberry menagerie

Ingredients strawberry menagerie


filling
28 oz sliced strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Chinese black vinegar
1/2 disc of Mexican chocolate drink mix
3/4 cup strawberry jam I used smuckers
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
1 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp koolwhip or whipped cream
6 little ready made pie shells gram craker crust
thickening solution
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water

how to make strawberry menagerie


I a pot add half the berries 1 cup sugar chocolate disc vinegars and butter


after chocolate melts add the jam add the cream cheese


stir well after cooking 6 minutes use a mixer to mmix well


add cornstarch solution it will thicken spoon in strawberry mixture into shells add extra sliced berries put on heaping spoon of whip topping on top
