Ingredients round buns


3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup milk powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 sesame
1 egg yolk

how to make round buns


sift dry ingredients. Add water,oil and knead smooth dough , cover , stand in warm place until double size.


Divide dough into small balls. ( 3 cm diameter). Arrange in greasy pan, brush with yolk ,spread sesame and bake in hot oven until golden brown.
