4 large Eggs
1 tbsp Water
3 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

Place Eggs, water, and flour in mixer bowl.


Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer.


Turn to speed 2 and mix for 30 seconds.


Remove beater and attach dough hook.


Turn to speed 2 and knead for 2 minutes.


Hand knead dough quickly, just to make it all stick together.


Cover the dough with a dry towel for 15 minutes and attach the pasta roller.


Divide the dough into 4 pieces.


You will work the pasta on the pasta roller. Start with the wider position, and roll the each piece of pasta about 4 times in this wider position.


No go to each position one by one until you get to the most narrow one. You will roll the pasta once in each position.


If the dough starts to be too long, just cut it in half.


Once you passed the dough through all positions it is time to cut it! Change to the pasta cutter attachment, cut you pasta and you are done!!


Fresh pasta cooks in 4 to 5 minutes and tastes divine!
