funky cold medina

Ingredients funky cold medina 2 oz vodka 2 oz southern comfort 2 oz blue Curacao 2 oz cranberry juice how to make funky cold medina put some ice in a drink shaker pour each of the liquor shots over the ice shake. shake. shake pour ice and mixture into a High ball glass add cranberry juice to the top ENJOY!!!

brie stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients brie stuffed mushrooms


1 packages button mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
1/2 stick butter...can use olive oil... I used my herbal butter
1 packages Brie cheese....
1/2 small fresh onion minced
1/4 small red bell pepper..... sweet
3 tbsp parsley (i used dried)
4 clove garlic
1 pinch s&p for both parsley mix and mushrooms
1 **** i minced the mushroom stems but can be sauted with onion for griilled steaks rough chop...

how to make brie stuffed mushrooms


wash. mushrooms well and remove stem. melt butter in skillet and put mushrooms in skillet with tops down. stir mushroom only until they r well coated and 'yellowish'.


put mushrooms in a glass baking dish. cut pieces of Brie to fit in each mushroom. Really crowd the mushrooms ... top down. paper and wax needs to be removed from the cheese.....


in the unclean skillet that the mushrooms were cooked in fry parsley, onion, and garlic


until onion are cooked. add a pinch of salt and pepper.


pour parsley mixture over mushrooms.


bake at 350° for 35 Minutes.


**** this is one of those appetizers that you make ahead and put it in the fridge then pop in the oven. I LOVE BRIE CHEESE!!!

Ingredients fruit salad with port wine 5 cup you choice of fruits 1/4 port wine 1 cup natural orange juice 4 tbsp brown sugar how to make fruit salad with port wine peel wash and cut in small cube shapes put the fruit in a glass bowl add the orange juice the sugar and the port mix carefully take to fridge about 3hours before serve if you decide to add banana add it only before you serve can sprinkled with mint to if you like
