Ingredients funky cold medina 2 oz vodka 2 oz southern comfort 2 oz blue Curacao 2 oz cranberry juice how to make funky cold medina put some ice in a drink shaker pour each of the liquor shots over the ice shake. shake. shake pour ice and mixture into a High ball glass add cranberry juice to the top ENJOY!!!

Ingredients brendas sopapilla cheesecake


2 can cresent rolls
3 box cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

how to make brendas sopapilla cheesecake


Lay one can of cresents in bottom of 9x13 cake pan.


Mix warmed cream cheese with 1 cup sugar & 1 tsp vanilla.


Spread over layer of cresents. Lay other can of cresents on top of cream cheese.


Melt butter and pour over top. Mix together remaining 1/2 cup sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle over melted butter.


Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.


Note: I added the zest and juice of 1 1/2 limes. You can also add chocolate chips, nuts or anything else you would do in a cheesecake too!
