1 cup Mixed frozen fruit (berries pineapple mango whatever you have available)
1/4 cup Plain greek non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup water (add more water for thinner consistancy)
1 Scoop of whey protein powder

Combine fruit, yogurt and water in a blender. (A vitamix blender works best)
Blend on high until smooth (approx. 30 seconds)
Add protein powder and blend on high for 5 seconds.
